Licensed Insurance Sales Agent – Field role with a fully commission‑based pay structure, sign‑on bonus and uncapped commissions. Full‑time with benefits.

• Coordinate home visits and conduct sales presentations, recommending products and closing new sales.
• Prospect for new sales opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships by collecting premiums on a pre‑arranged schedule.
• Respond promptly to service requests (beneficiary changes, claims, loans).
• Record keeping, account for money collected, and process policy paperwork.
• Grow the assigned territory through new sales and build strong working relationships with customers.
• Pursue continuous professional development in insurance products and sales effectiveness.

• Fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C) in your resident state.
• Customer service experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with required auto insurance coverage.
• Dependable vehicle for daily travel.
• Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Motivation to serve the underserved and meet high performance targets.
