Role OverviewLicensed Insurance Sales Agent – Field role with a fully commission‑based pay structure, sign‑on bonus and uncapped commissions. Full‑time with benefits.

- Performance bonuses: $750 upon hire, $1,500 after 6 months, $2,500 after 12 months (eligible if $200 average monthly issued premium and active employee in good standing)
- Career growth and promotional opportunities
- Coordinate home visits and conduct sales presentations, recommending products and closing new sales.
- Prospect for new sales opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships by collecting premiums on a pre‑arranged schedule.
- Respond promptly to service requests (beneficiary changes, claims, loans).
- Record keeping, account for money collected, and process policy paperwork.
- Grow the assigned territory through new sales and build strong working relationships with customers.
- Pursue continuous professional development in insurance products and sales effectiveness.
- Fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C) in your resident state.
- Customer service experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license with required auto insurance coverage.
- Dependable vehicle for daily travel.
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Motivation to serve the underserved and meet high performance targets.
