Facilities B

Pay Range: $18-$23/hour depending on experience

The Facilities B technician will maintain pin spotters/pinsetters and other bowling equipment, follow safety procedures, and keep the shop and machine area clean and organized. You will also follow a preventative maintenance program for all center equipment and ensure the venue is clean and maintained according to Triple Shift policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly inspect bowling facility electrical, mechanical, and computerized equipment.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions using manufacturer's diagrams and specifications.
• Perform operational checks, repair, or replace defective mechanical and electrical components.
• Clean and lubricate machines according to maintenance schedules.
• Maintain accuracy by running automatic pinsetters through complete cycles and inspecting for pin setting accuracy.
• Ensure lanes meet USBC standards and adjust lanes and pin decks as required.
• Maintain required records and reports.
• Initiate requests for spare parts and supplies.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks to ensure proper standards of appearance, cleanliness, and safety.
• Perform other mechanical and electrical work as needed.
• Work on other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical manuals and schematics.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Hands-on experience with facilities and equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Experience with scheduled preventive maintenance on facilities/equipment.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds.
• Superior time-management skills.
