Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with collision repair, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:

* Perform collision repairs including structural and non-structural body work

* Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels and components

* Conduct metalwork, welding, sanding, and finishing

* Ensure repairs meet safety and manufacturer standards

* Maintain a clean and organized work area

* Collaborate with estimators and team members

Qualifications:

* Prior auto body / collision repair experience required

* Ability to use body shop tools and equipment safely

* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Valid driver's license preferred

* I-CAR certifications are a plus (not required)
