A luxury Oahu resort on the island's sunny Western Coast. Join us in Ko Olina and find your very own place of joy. Our beachfront island Resort sits on Oahu’s wild and rugged western coast, where vast ocean views and lagoons provide the setting for an unforgettable adventure.

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Temporary Full Time Engineer 3 - Carpenter who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Engineer 3 - Carpenter will report to the Assistant Director of Engineering.

Main responsibilities will be dedicated to Resort room renovation projects and provide service and repairs to hotel equipment and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

• Assist with room renovations & projects.
• Performs repair and maintenance tasks in support of quality standards to ensure an inviting and well-maintained facility.
• Respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• Assists General Maintenance 1 & 2 in special projects and various tasks.

• Hotel room renovation experience preferred
• Professional structural or relative carpentry experience preferred
• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Capable of working mid-shifts to evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Practical experience and the relevant certifications within a specific role, for example, HVAC (EPA), Certified Pool Operator.
• Requires a working technical knowledge of general building maintenance and the ability to properly use maintenance equipment and tools.
• Knowledge and ability to operate computer equipment.

• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
• Qualified candidates may need to perform a practical carpentry assessment.

• Schedule:
  
  5 days per week, 40 hours.
• This is a temporary full-time assignment starting at 3 months with the possibility of extension based on the business need of the Resort.
