UFC GYM Janitor

The Janitor is essential to the success of the club, ensuring our members train in a clean, safe, and professional environment. You are responsible for the meticulous upkeep of all gym areas—from the Octagon to the locker rooms—upholding the premium standards of the UFC GYM brand.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facility cleanliness & sanitation:
  Clean and disinfect locker rooms, gym floor, MMA areas, and floors. Empty trash receptacles, report maintenance issues, and adhere to safety rules.
• Maintenance & safety:
  Assist with general maintenance and aid the Maintenance Technician.
• Member service:
  Maintain a cheerful attitude, respond to member requests, and report complaints to management.

Qualifications include:

• At least 6 months of experience in janitorial or housekeeping services. Background in the hospitality industry is highly recommended.
• Ability to work quickly and independently with attention to detail regarding cleanliness.
• Able to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions in English.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to stand for a full shift and exert up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally to move objects. Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
