United Talent is immediately hiring 2nd Shift Custodian Associates in Hiram, GA!
Job Responsibilities:- Gather trash and sort recyclables throughout the office and warehouse.
- Clean and maintain bathrooms, break rooms, clinic rooms, meeting rooms, hallways, offices, walls, and other common areas.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, extract carpets, wax and auto-scrub hard floors.
- Clean windows, glass doors, counters, cabinets, and other surfaces.
- Perform minor building maintenance, including changing light bulbs, painting, and general checks of doors and locks.
- Restock cleaning and facility supplies and maintain cleaning supply inventory.
- Prepare meeting rooms and other areas for meetings and events.
- Follow proper procedures for the use and storage of cleaning solutions and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout the facility.
- Complete assigned duties independently and with minimal supervision.
- Participate in training during the first 60 days on cleaning procedures, supplies, recycling, and facility expectations.
Shift:
- Pay starts at $18.75/hour, based on experience.
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Monday through Friday
- Overtime as needed/available
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of recent related custodial, maintenance, or building maintenance experience.
- Basic English reading and speaking skills.
- Knowledge of general building maintenance, cleaning equipment, materials, and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks with little or no supervision.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with coworkers, clients, and visitors.
- Ability to operate basic office equipment and use maintenance-related computer applications.
- Must be comfortable performing routine cleaning and maintenance duties throughout an office and warehouse environment.

Required
- Referral Bonus—For every new Associate you refer that works 40 hours, you will receive $40 and once they work 100 hours you will receive an additional $100. There is no cap on how much referral money you can earn!
