Job Summary:
As a Plant Operations Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's mechanical and HVAC systems, as well as performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Conduct regular checks on mechanical systems, including pumps, valves, and motors

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical and electrical systems

• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure prompt resolution of facility-related issues

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Plant Operations Manager

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in plant operations, maintenance, or a related field

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
