Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on facilities, equipment, and fixtures;
Develop preventative maintenance schedules and complete PMs within required time frames;
Manage work orders and maintenance schedules with required written and electronic documentation;
Conduct training for Store Associates regarding care and cleaning of equipment;
Possibly perform minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, and food equipment.
