Senior Accountant

TE Group is partnering with a growing manufacturing and distribution company that is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their team. This role will work closely with leadership and play a key part in managing and guiding the company’s financial operations.

• Own core general accounting functions including cash, AR, fixed assets, expense reporting, and overall GL activity
• Lead month-end close and assist with quarterly/year-end processes
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and account accruals
• Support financial reporting and ensure accuracy across all accounts
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning
• Build reports and provide insights on trends, variances, and cost drivers
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and financial analysis tied to business initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support day-to-day operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA or working toward it is a plus
• Strong understanding of month-end close and GL processes
• Experience with AR/AP workflows
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
• Someone who can pivot in a fast-paced environment and take ownership
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
