QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent. Associates Degree or higher preferred.
Skills:
Basic computer skills training.
- Answer telephones, respond to emails, check identification, take and distribute messages.
- Record testing related activity in the Salesforce CRM.
- Distribute appropriate tests.
- Ensure security, readability and filing of tests, and security of department’s computers.
- Proctor test takers to maintain test security and complete required documentation in the event academic misconduct is identified.
- Administer computer‑based tests such as the GED exam, the Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant exam, CLEP, and similar tests that may require specific proctoring certification.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Fill out appropriate paperwork as required.
- Monitor office supplies and maintain decorum of testing rooms.
- Collaborate with the Access and Disability Services office to assure materials needed for specialized, accommodated testing are distributed.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Monday‑Thursday: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm & Friday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
