, lead a high-energy sales floor, and drive real results. This role is built for a proven Sales Manager, GSM, or elite-performing Sales Consultant ready to step into leadership and get paid for performance
.

If you know how to push gross, maximize F&I opportunities, and hold people accountable—this is your seat.

• Lead and drive the new car sales floor with urgency and discipline.
• Set aggressive monthly sales, gross, and performance targets—and ensure they’re met.
• Coach sales consultants daily to improve closing ratios, front-end gross, and efficiency.
• Execute a strong appointment-driven sales process.
• Control the desk, structure deals, and move metal.
• Maintain high CSI while maximizing profitability.

• 5+ years automotive experience (management preferred).
• A track record of winning—volume, gross, and accountability.
• Strong desk skills and understanding of modern dealership processes.
• Ability to motivate, train, and push a team to hit numbers.
• Working knowledge of CDK (or the ability to learn fast).

• Base salary of approximately $20,000 annually.
• Monthly draw against commission.
• Performance-based incentive compensation with high earning potential.
