Overview
Partner Operations & Enablement Manager is a role with global impact across the entire buyer journey for Vistex and our revenue supporting Partners. Vistex is looking to unify the revenue operations, streamline the sales cycle and handoffs, and grow our relationship with partners for both revenue generation and project implementation. This critical role is a hybrid role which will leverage the existing relationship and institutional knowledge of the ecosystem at Vistex along with proven project management and partner enablement capabilities.
The outcome will be to manage the onboarding of new partners and to operationalize the processes, and reporting, by which we work with our partners within various stages of our buyers’ journey.
- Define and manage a repeatable partner onboarding program.
- Periodically review and suggest enhanced partner benefits to respond to the evolving maturity of the Partner Program.
- Responsible for the Ecosystem operations and processes definition aiming at commercial outcomes and greater cross-departmental synergies; cascading and managing the project timelines relative to other priorities for the team.
- Liaison between the Ecosystem and other departments for cross-silo cooperation in managing, goal setting, maintaining and communicating the work in a centralized and transparent manner
- IT on Ecosystem subscriptions & software
- Marketing & Demand generation on creation of supporting materials
- Education on AE/BD onboarding and Ecosystem inclusion
- Managing the distribution of Salesforce reporting for KPIs supporting training individuals within the ecosystem and sales teams to create their own resources.
- Lead the selection, procurement, and implementation of a Communities based Partner Portal.
- Supporting the Executive Director Global Head of Strategic Alliance and Partnership Ecosystem with devising strategies on ad hoc projects.
- Partner with functional teams to support the launch of processes, tools, systems, and policies.
- Bring not only the operational execution but the voice from the partners on how to improve Vistex overall Partner Program, Portal and tools.
- Measure success, identify issues, and drive remediation plans across the broader revenue team and support prioritization.
- Support the objective of growing partner delivery and partner-led/supported revenue team.
- Own the communication and visibility into projects, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead automation & integration of the Ecosystem activities into standard revenue processes.
- Draw on multi-workstream exposure to drive for data-driven process & efficiency improvements.
The compensation for this position is $115k to $150k annually. Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s location, job-related knowledge, skills and work experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus. Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field.
PreferredMasters or better in Business Administration or related field.
ExperienceRequired8 years:
- Hands-on experience of large-scale program/project management and delivery
- Successful track record of managing teams and projects across the organization on time and below budget
- Experience in B2B SaaS environment
- Multi-touch attribution and reporting experience
- Passion for connecting people and solving problems
- Relationship builder with excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities
- Experience in change management
- Ability to move fast, make quick decisions, and take on new responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of managing expectations and prioritization across multiple dotted-line managers
- Business financial acumen
