Position: Senior Associate, International - Hybrid (Rosemont, Il)

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management:
    Manage day-to-day relationships with international operators and distributors; partner cross-functionally with merchandising, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to ensure successful execution of international initiatives.
  • Buying & Merchandise Management:
    Own and manage seasonal assortment reviews, tailoring product pitches by market for localized assortment strategies;
  • Buying & Merchandise Management:
    Own and manage end-to-end order management on behalf of international partners, from assortment reviews to shipment from DC;
  • Buying & Merchandise Management:
    Own and manage ongoing inventory allocations from the DC to partners;
  • Buying & Merchandise Management:
    Own weekly reporting for international partners (on order, reorders, in transit).
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Monitor sales performance and key business metrics across international markets, identifying risks and opportunities through dashboard reporting;
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Prepare business reviews, reporting, and presentations for senior leadership;
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Develop insights and recommendations to improve commercial performance and identify growth opportunities;
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Develop reporting and business insights to inform strategic recommendations and drive performance improvements;
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Support evaluation of new market opportunities, including market research, business case development, and launch planning.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in retail, buying/merchandising, logistics, planning, consumer products, consulting, or international business
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
  • Excellent project management and organizational capabilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and external partners
  • Experience supporting international markets, franchise, or licensing businesses
  • Background in retail, fashion, accessories, or consumer brands
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point
