Systems Technology Group (STG) is seeking a Network Control Analyst in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. The successful candidate will support and monitor WAN and LAN network communication platforms primarily for Sears Holding Corporation. Responsibilities include performing first-level troubleshooting and fault isolation for communication problems and ensuring all remote locations meet corporate deliverables.
Ideal candidates should have knowledge in TCP/IP, Cisco and Nortel routers, and possess strong communication and analytical skills. This role requires working hours from Sunday to Tuesday and every other Saturday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
