Salary $70,000 - $85,000 per year

We are a well-established construction and site development team serving the Elgin, IL area. Our work focuses on infrastructure, earthwork, concrete, and paving projects for both private and public clients. We are looking for a takeoff professional who can interpret civil drawings and calculate quantities for materials including concrete, asphalt, and debris removal.

• Experience performing takeoffs for civil or construction projects.
• Strong ability to read site plans, grading plans, and specifications.
• Familiarity with estimating software or digital takeoff tools is a plus.
• A background in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
