Salary: $105,000 - $155,000 per year

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of electrical project management/estimating experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices. Proficiency with estimating software and digital takeoff tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and bid documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
