We are looking for a takeoff professional who can interpret civil drawings and calculate quantities for materials including concrete, asphalt, and debris removal. This is an excellent position for someone who enjoys working with plans, numbers, and project coordination in a dynamic construction setting.

• Experience performing takeoffs for civil or construction projects.
• Strong ability to read site plans, grading plans, and specifications.
• Familiarity with estimating software or digital takeoff tools is a plus.
• A background in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
