Salary: $105,000 - $155,000 per year.

Our client is a trusted electrical contractor with decades of experience delivering high-quality electrical solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. The role involves managing electrical projects, estimating costs, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.

• Lead electrical project management and estimation for commercial, industrial, or institutional projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and bid documents.
• Prepare and review detailed cost estimates, using estimating software and digital takeoff tools.
• Manage multiple bids simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain project schedules and deliverables while ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.

• Minimum 3–5 years of electrical project management/estimating experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices.
• Proficiency with estimating software and digital takeoff tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
