Hoffenmer Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Processing Supervisor to join our growing team. Due to rapid expansion, this role will work alongside an existing supervisor to help lead our processing department.

This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations and workflow within the processing department
  • Lead, train, coach, and motivate a team of processing agents
  • Review and process detailed client information with accuracy
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues or complaints
  • Provide clear information about company services to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and team activity
  • Troubleshoot service issues and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and efficiency
  • Enforce company policies and performance standards
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Professional attitude with flexibility and a team-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a high-volume customer service or processing environment
  • Proven ability to manage team performance and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • $26+ per hour based on experience
