Customer Service Rep, HelpDesk/Support
If you enjoy building strong relationships, solving problems, and being the trusted point of contact for customers, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. You will play a central role in ensuring customer needs are met with accuracy, urgency, and care while collaborating closely with internal teams. This position is primarily based onsite, where you will work directly with cross‑functional partners and support daily operations in a fast‑paced environment.
What you’ll do:- Review customer purchase orders to ensure all required details are complete and follow up on any missing information
- Process orders accurately and efficiently to support a smooth order‑to‑delivery experience
- Respond to customer inquiries through email and phone with timely and professional communication
- Coordinate updates and changes to orders while keeping customers and internal teams informed
- Partner with sales and internal teams to resolve issues, document concerns, and support customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer data and manage account activity across internal systems
- Support reporting needs and contribute to meeting team performance goals
- Experience working in customer service or account support with a focus on building relationships
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and professionally interact with customers and colleagues
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Confidence in problem solving and collaborating with others to resolve complex issues
- Familiarity with customer relationship systems and standard office software
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred

The hourly pay range for this position is $23 to $28 per hour. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor‑market conditions.
