Position Overview
Dental Office is looking for Japanese Bilingual Receptionist for a dental office.
Responsibilities- Scheduling appointments.
- Handling patient inquiries via phone and in person.
- Processing payments.
- Filing insurance claims.
- Good people skills.
- Quick learner.
- Multi-tasker.
- Monday 10:30-6:30
- Tuesday 10:30-6:30
- Wednesday 9:00-5:00
- Saturday 9:00-2:00 (Twice per month, Saturdays negotiable if cannot work)
Can be trained if interested in Dental Assistant position in future.
