Duly Health and Care in Hoffman Estates, IL seeks a general neurologist for a 100% outpatient practice across six locations. EMG training preferred with neuromuscular or neurophysiology fellowship and certification;
Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm; join a physician-led network with collaboration across neurology and 1,200+ partner providers.
Base compensation is 350k–400k with potential bonuses, sign-on, loan repayment, CME funds, and possible equity eligibility, totaling 400k–550k.
