About the Team
The Liberal Arts division provides transfer‑ready courses to students in the areas of English, humanities, language, linguistics, communication and philosophy.
ResponsibilitiesConduct classes using appropriate instructional practices; maintain records of attendance; evaluate student performance on assignments or lab activities; assign mid‑term and final grades.
Teach Japanese language courses, including Beginning and Introductory Japanese.
Position Qualifications- Master's degree in Japanese from a regionally accredited institution
- Native or near‑native fluency in Japanese
- College‑level teaching experience
- Experience with alternative delivery instructional modes, both in‑person and online
