Student Engagement Student Aide
Job DescriptionThe Student Engagement Student Aide serves as the first point of contact for students, employees, and community members contacting the Student Engagement staff. The aide must provide exceptional customer service in person, by telephone, and through written/virtual communication. Additional duties include helping the office with special projects, working student events, and maintaining a strong understanding of opportunities for students to engage with clubs and organizations.
Schedule- Monday 8 AM – 4:30 PM
- Tuesday 8 AM – 4:30 PM
- Wednesday 8 AM – 4:30 PM
- Thursday 8 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday 8 AM – 4:30 PM
Maximum Hours Per Week: 19
QualificationsEducation Requirements: Must be a current Harper College student enrolled in at least six credits per semester (three for summer).
Experience Requirements: None.
Special
Note:
Ability to lift 15 lbs due to event setup, implementation, and tear down.
Employment is contingent upon a Criminal Background Check for some positions.
