  • Train counselors, program staff, and leadership in the effective delivery of Children of Grace lessons and spiritual practices.
  • Lead or support worship services, prayer experiences, small‑group discipleship, and age‑appropriate Bible teaching for campers ages 6–12.
  • Provide coaching and encouragement to counselors to support spiritual conversations and faith development.
  • Support spiritual decision moments and ensure proper documentation of camper responses.
Camper Follow‑Up & Corps Connection
  • Coordinate post‑camp follow‑up for campers who indicate spiritual decisions or interest in further discipleship.
  • Prepare and distribute decision follow‑up materials for parents and local corps officers.
  • Strengthen the connection between camp experiences and year‑round corps youth ministries.

  • Compile and submit territorial reports on program outcomes, effectiveness, and spiritual impact.
  • Assist in completing required grant documentation and narratives in cooperation with Territorial leadership.
  • Document observations, best practices, and recommendations to strengthen future years of implementation.
  • Participate in national Children of Grace training and collaboration opportunities as required.
  • Maintain compliance with Salvation Army policies, Safe From Harm standards, and grant restrictions.
  • Represent the mission, values, and doctrinal teachings of The Salvation Army in all settings.
