QUALIFICATIONS
JOB DESCRIPTION
Schedule Information: To be determined
Hours Per Week: Under 29 hours
Benefits: N/A
Duties of Position: Tutors higher level of Organic Chemistry, including other levels of Chemistry
Demonstrate subject proficiency
Assist students in understanding subject material
Know basic study techniques
Maintain records of students tutored
Other duties as assigned
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required,previous experience in teaching and/or tutoring higher mathematicsrequired; mastery of multiple subjects, knowledge of TI graphingcalculators, and familiarity with instructional technology preferred.
Experience Requirements: Teaching/Tutoring experience preferred

The Academic Support Center provides assistance in the anatomyroom, developmental math canter, success services for students,supplemental instruction, tutoring center and writing center.
