Salary: $105,000 - $155,000 per year

• Lead electrical project management and estimating efforts for commercial, industrial, or institutional projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and bid documents with exceptional attention to detail.
• Interface with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; maintain clear and proactive communication.
• Manage multiple bids simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3–5 years of electrical project management/estimating experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional projects.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices. Proficiency with estimating software and digital takeoff tools.
• Analytical Ability:
  Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and bid documents.
• Communication:
  Strong written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Organization:
  Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Education:
  
  Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
