Position Summary

The Hideaway Brew Garden is looking for high-energy, friendly, and Event Staff to ensure the beer garden continues to be the best outdoor music venue in the area.

This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00.

This position will remain open until May 29, 2026.

About the Venue

NOW Arena is an 11,800-seat multi-purpose family entertainment, cultural and sports center. Seating capacity for the arena ranges from 3,000-6,000 for theater shows; 9,400 for football, hockey, lacrosse and soccer games; 10,000 for basketball games and 11,800 for concerts. The Hideaway Brew Garden is adjacent to the arena where we provide live music and entertainment to the local community over the summer months.

Responsibilities

* Responsible for helping to open and close the Hideaway Brew Garden property.

* Assist as needed with hostess responsibilities including welcoming guests and checking-in group bookings.

* Will need to be aware of emergency procedures related to weather.

* Support other departments as needed including cleaning, band relations, food service and general customer service.

Qualifications

* Restaurant experience or Event experience is helpful.

* Availability to work as needed on weekends, nights, holidays and outside.

* Strong problem- solving and customer service skills.

* Ability to communicate calmly and effectively.

* Must have the physical ability to stand for long periods of time and carry heavy items.
