Financial Manager, Corporate Finance

We are seeking a Finance Director to join our Bio Nutrients business. If you are a strategic finance leader who thrives on partnering with business teams and influencing outcomes, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. You will serve as a key partner to the General Manager and leadership team, leading planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting while ensuring strong controls and accurate financial results.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who turns insights into action, supports critical decisions, and drives business performance. This role requires a 5‑day in‑office schedule with on‑site presence Monday through Friday.
- Partner with senior leadership to guide business strategy, financial planning, and performance management
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning to support revenue and profit goals
- Deliver clear and actionable financial analysis to support decision making across the business
- Oversee costing practices and collaborate on product and pricing strategies to improve margins
- Support capital investment decisions by evaluating financial returns and business impact
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain strong internal controls and processes
- Drive initiatives that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall profitability
- Strong finance and accounting experience within a manufacturing environment, with leadership experience such as plant or business unit controller preferred
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence both strategic and operational decisions
- Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Hands‑on experience with costing, inventory valuation, and margin improvement initiatives
- Solid understanding of month‑end close, balance sheet management, and financial reporting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; advanced credentials such as CPA, MBA, or public accounting experience are a plus

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $195,000. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions. In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well‑being of our employees and their families.
This position is also eligible for performance‑based incentive pay.
