  • Complete sales, use, IFTA, and Heavy Vehicle Tax filings; support efforts to standardize compliance processes and explore opportunities for increased efficiency or automation.
  • Partner with Treasury and other functions to reconcile and validate financial data. Provide invoice and equipment detail information as needed; enhance cross‑functional collaboration and improve data transparency and reliability across systems.
  • Perform intercompany invoicing & PPM intercompany reconciliation; identify root causes of discrepancies and recommend process improvements to reduce recurring issues.
  • Back up & assist on bank reconciliation and close activities; support accuracy and timeliness of reconciliations while identifying opportunities for efficiency.
  • Calculate, invoice and track monthly equipment fuel purchases and usage; analyze trends and variances to provide better visibility into cost drivers.
  • AP invoice approval for equipment rentals, fuel invoices, and hauling invoices; ensure accuracy and consistency while supporting efficient workflow processes.
