Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Nexus Solutions for Autism is committed to delivering high‑quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that empower individuals with autism and support their families across home, school, community, and clinical environments. Our work is grounded in advocacy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each client’s unique strengths and needs.

Each of our client programs is led by a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), supported by BCaBAs and BCBA interns, ensuring strong clinical oversight and continuity of care. Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are essential members of the team, responsible for bringing treatment plans to life through high‑quality, individualized intervention.

About the RBT Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Nexus Solutions for Autism, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients under the ongoing supervision of a BCBA. You will support individuals in building essential skills, increasing independence, and improving overall quality of life. RBTs are the heart of our mission—working hands‑on with clients and families each day.

RBTs in our organization receive structured ongoing training, regular supervision, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. BCBAs meet regularly to share expertise, problem‑solve, and create continuity across all client programs so RBTs always feel supported.

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, your responsibilities will include:

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
  • Provide 1:1 direct behavioral intervention in clients’ homes, schools, clinics, and community settings
  • Collect accurate and objective data on client behavior and skill acquisition
  • Assist in behavior reduction strategies as outlined in treatment protocols
  • Support clients in areas such as communication, social skills, daily living skills, play, and academic readiness
  • Participate in regular supervision meetings with your BCBA to review progress, adjust techniques, and receive coaching
  • Communicate professionally with families and team members to support client success
  • Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB
Why You’ll Love Working With Us

At Nexus Solutions for Autism, RBTs benefit from:

  • Strong clinical support — consistent supervision, mentorship, and realtime guidance from experienced BCBAs
  • Collaborative team culture — BCBAs share expertise to ensure each RBT receives well rounded, high quality support
  • Ongoing professional development — opportunities to grow your skills and advance your career in ABA
  • Meaningful, impactful work — making a measurable difference in the lives of children and families
  • A compassionate, client-centered environment where your contributions are valued and recognized
Our Commitment to You

We believe RBTs are the foundation of excellent ABA services. At Nexus Solutions for Autism, you will be supported, respected, and empowered to succeed in your role while helping clients achieve meaningful progress every day.
