We are a boutique, fast-paced chiropractic clinic looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator / Patient Coordinator to be the face of our practice. * This is a stable, part-time position. (Full time available if willing to work more hours) Business hours are:*
- Monday: 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:45 AM - 1:00 PM
As a vital part of our daily operations, your time will be split between patient interaction, light clinical assistance, and administrative tasks:
- Patient
Experience:
Greet patients with a warm welcome, manage the check-in/check-out process, and answer incoming phone calls. - Financial & Insurance: Collect patient co-pays at the time of service, verify insurance benefits, and make professional, courteous outreach calls for delinquent patient and insurance accounts.
- Clinical Support: Assist the doctor by safely placing patients on the spinal decompression machine (training will be provided).
- Marketing: Bring your creativity to our online presence by managing and posting engaging content on our social media pages.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You should feel comfortable talking about billing and insurance clearly and confidently with patients.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills are a must. You should be comfortable learning clinic software and navigating social media platforms.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage a busy schedule, track patient accounts, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus.
- Experience: Previous medical office, chiropractic, or strong customer service/billing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude!
Responsible:
Answering all call, checking patients in, collecting co-pays, verifying insurance, collections on delinquent patient accounts as well as insurance. Helping place patients on decompression machine, posting on social media, etc
Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
