Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team at Alden Poplar Creek. This role offers a supportive environment, strong leadership, and true work-life balance in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
The ideal candidate will hold an Illinois PTA license, preferably with SNF experience, and be willing to learn Net Health EMR (training provided). CPT provides competitive pay, medical/dental/vision, 15 PTO days, holidays and a 401(k).
