Clearbrook is seeking an experienced Residential Counselor at the O’Hare CILA in Hoffman Estates, IL. The role supports adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting, delivering active treatment and daily living assistance while helping clients access community resources.
You will work Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–9:30pm (35 hours) with paid training and comprehensive benefits. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, and candidates must be 21 or older.
