Speech Language Pathologist

Community Physical was founded in 1986 by Bob Tripicchio, PT, MS, DSc, on the premise that people are the most important asset of any organization. CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. Throughout this growth period, CPT has remained focused on maintaining a practice that creates values for employees so as to leverage the best possible knowledge possible.

CPT provides rehabilitation services in: skilled nursing facilities, memory care, assisted and independent living communities, and outpatient/home-care. We are committed to creating value for our employees by supporting individuality, teamwork, and personal and professional growth.

Why Join CPT?

Our President and management team members are licensed therapists who understand the important role therapy services play in promoting wellness, restoring function, and improving each patient's quality of life. At CPT, you will benefit from: an evidence-based, patient-focused approach to care; a collaborative team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and nurse navigators; a supportive, therapist-led management team; opportunities for personal and professional growth;

a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend requirement; work-life balance you can count on - we do not say no to requested time off; and a positive work environment recognized through specialty accreditations and achievement awards.

Benefits:
Eligible employees receive a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes medical and prescription coverage, dental and vision insurance, employer-paid life insurance, employer-paid short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, FSA and HSA options, 401(k) retirement savings plan, 15 days PTO, paid sick leave, and $200 toward continuing education or licensure every two years.
