Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children? and join our dedicated team at Early Autism Services as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). We are seeking enthusiastic individuals from diverse backgrounds to provide personalized 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children (ages 2-11) in a supportive environment.
At Early Autism Services
, we provide the training needed to build your career and grow your skills as an RBT. You will work under the supervision of and receive guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and mentors.
All of our BCBAs are in-person to ensure the best support and ability to collaborate thoroughly! No telehealth is used for supervision or training! Therapy sessions may take place in various settings, including in-clinic, at a client's home or other community-based setting. This dynamic role requires both physical and mental energy, offering interactive and engaging experiences with your clients. - High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to walk, run, sit, kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of interactive sessions with children.
