Position Summary

Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a Contract to Perm
Field Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple locations.

This role will support high-volume recruiting efforts for operational, field, transportation, manufacturing, and sales positions while ensuring compliance with all applicable employment regulations and recruiting standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage a large requisition load, and excels at building strong partnerships with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Support hiring efforts for roles across operations, manufacturing, transportation, environmental services, field services, warehouse, sales, and skilled labor functions.
  • Maintain a high-volume requisition workload, managing multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to identify top talent.
  • Conduct phone screens, candidate assessments, and reference checks.
  • Present qualified candidates and facilitate the interview and selection process through offer acceptance.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
  • Lead intake meetings to develop recruiting strategies and establish position requirements.
  • Provide ongoing updates regarding candidate pipelines, market conditions, and hiring progress.
  • Educate leaders on recruitment best practices, interview processes, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure compensation recommendations align with internal guidelines and applicable regulations.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple job families.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines to support future workforce demands.
  • Utilize a variety of recruiting channels, networking strategies, and sourcing tools to identify talent.
  • Create compelling job advertisements and recruitment campaigns to improve candidate engagement.
  • Review applications and assess candidates against job requirements, skills, and experience.
  • Ensure hiring decisions are based on objective qualifications and established selection criteria.
  • Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams.
Compliance & Recruiting Operations
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruiting records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track recruiting activity, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring outcomes.
  • Support reporting requirements and maintain documentation to meet compliance standards.
  • Gather feedback from hiring managers and candidates to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Recommend strategies to improve recruiting efficiency, quality of hire, and employee retention.
  • Monitor recruiting trends and best practices to strengthen talent acquisition efforts.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance requirements, and hiring best practices.
  • Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, transportation, logistics, environmental services, field services, or operations environments.
  • Multi-site recruiting experience, particularly within manufacturing or operational organizations.
  • Experience supporting high-volume hourly and skilled workforce hiring initiatives.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning and talent pipeline development strategies.
