Job ScopeThe Agent Developer will be responsible for designing and deploying automation solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across our operations. This includes building agents through intuitive development platforms, identifying and addressing opportunities to streamline workflows, and solving complex problems with end‑to‑end automation.
Job SummaryAs an Agent Developer, you will play a key role in transforming how we automate and optimize business processes. Leveraging self‑service agent‑building tools including low‑code/no‑code platforms and natural language interfaces you will design, build, and deploy intelligent agents that solve end‑to‑end workflow challenges. This role is best suited for individuals who are self‑starters, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and bring a holistic, execution‑focused mindset to making complex tasks simpler and more efficient.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using low‑code/no‑code platforms to address complex business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
- Translate strategic business needs into scalable agent‑driven automation by orchestrating APIs, triggers, large language model (LLM) functions, and data workflows.
- Rapidly prototype and refine automation designs by leveraging natural language interfaces and visual workflow modeling tools.
- Assume full accountability for automation initiatives, managing solutions end‑to‑end from concept through deployment to ensure measurable business outcomes.
- Engage with cross‑functional stakeholders to evaluate and anticipate upstream and downstream implications of automation, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
- Continuously assess and enhance agent performance by monitoring execution, analyzing results, and applying first‑principles thinking to optimize or re‑architect as required.
- Drive scalability and resiliency in automation solutions by identifying opportunities to modernize or redesign existing workflows for long‑term impact.
- Enable and empower business partners by fostering a culture of automation, acting as a strategic advisor to help teams leverage agent‑driven solutions.
- Challenge legacy processes, introduce forward‑looking practices, and advance adoption of automation technologies to champion organizational change and innovation.
- Maintain expertise in emerging automation and AI technologies, incorporating industry best practices to drive continuous innovation and sustained competitive advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5–10 years of related experience.
- Up to 25% travel.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in automation, systems integration, workflow design, or related technical/business roles.
- Demonstrated experience with low‑code/no‑code development platforms or enterprise workflow automation tools.
- Proficiency in API integration, data workflow orchestration, and systems interoperability.
- Strong capability in rapid solution design, prototyping, and iteration using modern interfaces and visual workflow tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to deconstruct complex processes and design simplified, scalable solutions.
- Proven track record of end‑to‑end project ownership, delivering measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate with urgency and adaptability in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a technical discipline.
- Experience in enterprise‑scale automation or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), conversational AI, and AI‑driven workflow design.
- Experience in solution performance measurement, optimization, and re‑architecture at scale.
- Background in enterprise transformation, process redesign, or systems integration.
- Expertise in leading change management initiatives and driving technology adoption across large organizations.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and iterative delivery models.
Compensation Range: $110,000–$130,000 per year.
