PMO Analyst
Maintains project governance standards, provides reporting and analytics, and ensures documentation accuracy. Supports the Project Management Office by monitoring progress, risks, and dependencies, and enables consistent delivery practices.
Responsibilities- Maintain project governance processes and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
- Collect, validate, and analyze project data to support decision‑making and executive reporting.
- Prepare dashboards, KPIs, status reports, and portfolio‑level summaries.
- Support project scheduling, resource tracking, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Facilitate project documentation including risk logs, RAID items, change requests, and action tracking.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely project updates.
- Assist in onboarding project team members to PMO tools, templates, and methodologies.
- Identify gaps in project documentation and follow up to ensure completeness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within PMO processes and tools.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and document key decisions.
The compensation for this position is $56k to $65k annually. Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to a candidate's location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and work experience. QualificationsBachelors or better in Business Administration or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project analytics role.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with reporting and visualization tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, global environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
