Our client is looking for a technology-driven Business Systems Analyst / IT Analyst to support and optimize business applications, IT operations, and process automation across the organization. This role will serve as a key technology partner, working closely with leadership and employees to improve systems, streamline workflows, and support day-to-day technology needs.
Key Responsibilities- Administer, support, and optimize business applications and internal systems.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, automations, and process improvements.
- Provide hands‑on IT support, including device setup, troubleshooting, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Partner with software vendors and technology providers to ensure reliable system performance.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Support cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection initiatives.
- Train users on technology best practices and drive adoption of new tools and processes.
- 2+ years of experience in business systems, IT support, systems administration, or a related field.
- Experience with application administration, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and business productivity platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools and practical business applications.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience or certifications preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
