Production Manager

What you will be doing

• Lead and supervise daily production operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Set team goals, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in performance and efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules, labor allocation, and workflow to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Utilize SAP to manage production work orders, material availability, inventory movement, and labor capacity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure on-time delivery and effective communication across departments.
• Train, motivate, and support production staff while maintaining high performance and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve production, scheduling, and supply chain issues to minimize delays and optimize operations.
• Coordinate shipping activities and ensure accurate completion of production and customer orders.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or a related role.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and production costs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficient in computer systems and standard software applications.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience preferred.
