Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Hospice care to work in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. This position is part of our Residential Home Health and Hospice program.

This role supports patients in Schaumburg, Northbrook, Lisle, IL. and surrounding areas. Eligible for a $9,000 first-year success bonus for key achievements during the first year.

Working hours:

every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• RN license in the state you work
• Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
• Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• Skill in self-managing time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
