QUALIFICATIONSJOB DESCRIPTION
Starting Pay Rate: Per Adjunct Faculty Pay Scale
The pay rates are aligned with the terms outlined in the collective bargaining agreement.
Schedule Information:
Days/evenings/weekends depending upon course schedule
This posting will be used to obtain a pool of qualified candidates for the above subjects. As teaching needs arise, these applications will be reviewed for possible interviews
Job Description:
Instruction of students in the Certified Nursing Assistant training program. Classroom, clinical, laboratory and Alzheimer instruction for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) students. Theory, clinical, lab and Alzheimer content instruction for students in this program.
Education Requirements:
A current unencumbered Illinois Registered Nurse license required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Two years of nursing experience with one year focusing on care for the elderly, including
Alzheimer's clients.

- If you have a current IDPH Train the Trainer including Alzheimer's Certificate, please attach.
- Current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR card
- Official transcripts required upon hire
- Employment is contingent upon Criminal Background Check.
