Job Summary
Petland is looking for dynamic people in Chicagoland. We have a beautiful store in Hoffman Estates, IL, and offer a unique and fun working environment, competitive pay, and significant employee discounts.
Responsibilities- Manage and lead a retail team.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and sales.
- Oversee daily store operations and animal care.
- Represent Petland professionally in the community.
- At least two years of retail management experience.
- Strong emphasis on customer service and sales.
- Prior managerial experience is required.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Store is open 7 days a week: 10am‑9pm Monday‑Saturday and 11am‑6pm on Sundays. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
CompensationAnnual pay ranges from $30,000 ‑ $40,000, including incentives.
