In a nutshell:
The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Bystronic’s growing North American Sales Organization. This role is essential in improving visibility, efficiency, and execution across the entire sales cycle. This position provides elevated, proactive sales enablement, along with traditional administrative support. The ideal candidate combines accuracy and attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities, and the initiative to solve problems in real time.
This role reports to the National Sales Enablement and Process Manager. The Sales Support Specialist partners closely with Direct Sales Engineers, Regional Sales Managers, Dealer partners, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Support sales teams with administrative tasks of all pre-sale and post-sale processes with responsive and informed support.
- Preparation of quotations, offers, and complete sales-order processing cycle.
- Prepare and send standard documents via Adobe-Sign.
- Fully responsible for all sales process paperwork (order confirmations, files, etc.).
- Regularly monitors and responds to all external sales inquiries
- Effectively manage and prioritize all assigned responsibilities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and accountability for outcomes.
- Ensure data integrity within Salesforce and CPQ systems
- Any additional responsibilities as deemed necessary by management.
- Serve as a primary support partner for the sales team by managing, prioritizing, and responding to all requests.
- Engage directly with all internal sales channels for document clarification, quote accuracy, and issue resolution.
- Monitor pricing data for inconsistencies, outdated information, or emerging gaps, proactively initiating corrections with the appropriate internal partners.

Basic knowledge and willingness to understand configurational aspects of Bystronic’s portfolio. - Systems and Software

Working to Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, specifically Outlook & Word. Salesforce and CPQ experience preferred. - Personal & Interpersonal Skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and generate results in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
