Role Description

The Business Development Center Representative is a full-time, on-site position located in Hoffman Estates, IL. Core responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, scheduling appointments, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. This role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Zeigler’s products and services, effectively communicating with customers, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales and customer service goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries with professionalism and ensure excellent client experiences.
  • Proficiency in Communication and Phone Etiquette for effectively interacting with customers and team members over various channels.
  • Basic understanding of Sales techniques to assist in converting leads into appointments and contributing to business growth.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a structured, on-site environment with a focus on teamwork and meeting deadlines.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required—training will be provided.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or customer-related fields are a plus.
