• An in‑depth rotational learning experience in the fields of sweet, beverage, and savory applications in various key departments.
• Receive exceptional guidance from a mentor who will help you navigate, learn and ultimately become the salesperson you’re dreaming of being.
• Once your training is completed, you will move into a Sales Account Manager role with ownership over your own sales territory and the ability to manage and grow your business.

• Ideally, a bachelor’s degree in a science or business‑related discipline or possession of direct lab or other industry‑relevant experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability. Your training will take place in Hoffman Estates, IL. After successfully completing the program, we offer you your own territory in the United States.
• Relocation may be required after training.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 USD. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
