Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (2x week in office)
Pay: $50,000 to $60,000 base salary per year with additional bonus structure.
Position OverviewWe’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales team. This role is a hybrid of inside sales and administrative coordination, playing a key part in both generating pipeline and keeping the sales engine running smoothly.
You’ll partner closely with Account Executives and leadership to drive outbound efforts, qualify opportunities, and ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
Job Duties:- Inside Sales / Business Development
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, Linked In) to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain consistent pipeline activity and meet outreach targets
- Partner with sales reps to support prospecting strategies and territory planning
- Track and update lead activity in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot)
- Support the sales team with scheduling, follow-ups, and meeting coordination
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials
- Ensure CRM data accuracy, reporting, and pipeline hygiene
- Assist with contract processing, order entry, and documentation
- Coordinate internal communication between sales, HR, finance, and operations
- Process & Operational Support
- Help streamline and improve sales processes and workflows
- Support reporting on key sales metrics and performance trends
- Assist with onboarding new sales team members
- Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or administrative support
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with CRM systems and sales tools
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a team-first attitude
- Experience in a Business-to-Business sales role for a minimum of 2 years working with Salesforce and Pardot or equivalent CRM and marketing automations systems.
- Proficient in the English language.
- Knowledge of MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
