Patient Care Scheduling Coordinator

New Dental Practice Opening in Hoffman Estates

Position Overview

We are seeking a Patient Care & Marketing Coordinator to help launch and grow our new dental practice in Hoffman Estates. This position combines traditional front office responsibilities with marketing and community outreach. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, outgoing, and excited about helping grow a new business. You will be one of the first people our patients meet and will play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping introduce our practice to the community.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care & Administrative Support:
    Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Verify insurance benefits
  • Assist patients with financial arrangements and payment options
  • Manage recall and reactivation efforts
  • Confirm appointments and maintain an organized schedule
  • Support daily office operations
  • Marketing & Community Outreach:
    Assist with social media content and online engagement
  • Help coordinate community events and sponsor ships
  • Build relationships with local businesses and organizations
  • Support patient referral and retention programs
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and patient communications
  • Help grow awareness of our new practice within the community
