We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team in an on-site capacity at our Hoffman Estates, IL location. This is a full-time role where you will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs. The Account Manager will also analyze account data to generate actionable insights and provide tailored insurance solutions to both individual and business clients.
Compensation& On-Track Earnings
This role offers a competitive compensation structure designed to reward performance and growth. On-track earnings are estimated between $60,000–$65,000 annually, with a combination of base pay and performance-based incentives.
Qualifications- Customer service and relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client connections.
- Sales and account growth skills, such as identifying coverage needs, presenting insurance solutions, and supporting cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening in customer interactions.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and effective time management.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to assess customer situations, interpret policy information, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Basic proficiency with office productivity software and customer management systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Hoffman Estates, IL and collaborate with a local team in a professional office environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant insurance certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or client-facing roles is beneficial but not strictly required.
